Established in 2008, The North American Alphorn Retreat is the oldest and longest running alphorn workshop in North America. This event is immersive, and provides a fantastic opportunity to learn about the alphorn in an idyllic alpine setting. Do you enjoy playing the alphorn in a challenging group? Then you can look forward to a course weekend with Martin Roos in the middle of the beautiful Jura landscape in Solothurn. Wisen. We play traditional and modern pieces together outdoors. The PlayDay is opten to all UK Alphorn players. This is not a tutored course, but I will provide the nusic, sut up the groups, direct the tuttis, circulate and be available to guide and advise as required.
