The 2025 Midwest Alphorn Retreat will begin at 1:00pm, Wednesday, July 23rd at the Franciscan Life Process Center in Lowell, MI (15 miles east of the Grand Rapids Airport). We conclude after brunch on Sunday, July 27th. All meals, housing, group and private lessons, and all retreat activities and materials are included in your fee. Bring your spouse! There are 22 on-campus sleeping spaces available on a first come first served basis. Once housing is filled there are many hotels |

The International Alphorn Festival of Nendaz is a meeting of alphorn players, an official competition, a large traditional parade, concerts, productions by folklore groups, two country balls and ensemble pieces (with more than 150 players). In short: a real folk festival dedicated to folklore. |
